Exacta and Daily Double wagering starts at $1.
Trifecta wagering starts at $0.50
TERMS YOU SHOULD KNOW
CONTEST or PROP - These terms are interchangeable and refer to the preselected group of three to fifteen athletes or teams competing against one another.
SINGLE SELECTION WAGERING - A single bet in a contest on an athlete or team to finish first (Win), second (Place) or third (Show).
WIN - You WIN if your selected athlete or team finishes first place in the contest.
PLACE - You PLACE if your selected athlete or team finishes first or second in the contest. A PLACE payout is typically less than WIN but offers two chances to receive a payout.
SHOW - You SHOW if your selected athlete or team finishes first, second or third in the contest. A SHOW payout is typically less than WIN or PLACE but offers three chances to receive a payout.
MULTI-SELECTION WAGERS - Bets in which at least two athletes or teams are selected to finish in a particular order. If you feel strongly about multiple players, these wagers are for you. While these bets are more difficult to correctly select than single selection wagering, multi-selection wagers generally offer greater returns.
EXACTA - You win if you pick two athletes or teams to finish first and second in the exact order in a single contest. You can “Box” two players by betting the combinations of who will finish first or second.
TRIFECTA - You win if you pick three athletes or teams to finish first, second and third in the exact order in a single contest. A Trifecta “Box” allows you to win if your selections finish in any order. Trifectas can often be wagered as low as $0.50 per combination.
PICK THREE - You win if you pick the first-place athlete or team of three preselected, separate contests. A pick three is similar to a three-team parlay. (Example: A quarterback winner in contest one, running back winner in contest two and a receiver winner in contest three.)
DAILY DOUBLE - You win if you pick the first-place athlete or team in two preselected, separate contests. A daily double is similar to a two-team parlay. (Example: A quarterback winner in contest one and a running back winner in contest two.)
COMMON POOL or PARI-MUTUEL WAGERING – Common pool or pari-mutuel is a betting system in which contestants wager against one another with odds being determined by the percentage of the total prize pool that is bet on each athlete or team. All wagers are combined in one common pool. The odds are continuously updated and presented to the contestants in real-time. Final odds on an athlete or team odds might fluctuate until a contest is closed. A contest is closed at the start time of the first sporting event in the prop.
DAILY FANTASY SPORTS - Daily fantasy sports, or DFS, is an accelerated variant of traditional fantasy sports that are conducted over short-term periods, such as a week or a single day of competition, as opposed to those that are played for an entire season.
CARD - All of the individual contests listed on one of our betting sheets.
PAYOUT PRICE - The PAYOUT amount or price is the amount that you will be paid back for every $2 that you wager. It includes the $2 wager in the payout amount.

Turn-Key Regulated Solution
USFantasy Sports is operated under the strict supervision of the highly respected Nevada Gaming Control Board. It is the first daily fantasy skill-based wagering solution approved by gaming regulators in the United States. USFantasy Sports provides proprietary content using the regulated pari-mutuel systems, which currently operate in forty-three states. The company serves as a content provider to casino sports books. USFantasy Sports is the only Daily Fantasy Sports platform available to persons within Nevada. USFantasy provides several daily and weekly contests in varying categories allowing individuals to make wagers on who they think will be the top statistical scoring performers. All wagers are placed in a pari-mutuel pool and paid out at the conclusion of the final game in each contest.
The company offers its platform and its unique ability to develop contests for any jurisdiction which can include casinos, racetracks, OTB’s, ADW's, state lotteries and mobile systems. USFantasy Sports’ efforts are designed to provide state governments with a regulated solution to oversee fantasy sports, while generating revenues from its operations. Tax revenues are easily generated according to the established rates set by the applicable state governments and municipalities operating with pari-mutuel systems. We are currently working with over a dozen different state gaming jurisdictions to offer our Daily Fantasy Sports solution.
The American Gaming Association has conservatively estimated that close to $150 billion is wagered illegally annually on sports. A clear opportunity exists to satisfy the consumer demand for sports wagering entertainment through skilled-based fantasy contests. USFantasy Sports provides consumer protections through transparent proven pari-mutuel systems, while preserving the integrity of the actual sporting events.
Pari-mutuel, translated from its French origin, literally means “wagering amongst ourselves.”
Unlike “house” banked games typical in casinos or salary caps and handicaps determined by fantasy sports providers, pari-mutuel systems allow the fantasy sports contestants to determine pricing and the freedom to play contests according to their expertise: from easy to difficult.
Pari-mutuel systems sort wagers of a particular type to be pooled into a virtual “auction,” where contestants transparently determine the pricing of athletes in the contests.
Taxes and operating expenses are reserved and then contestant payoffs are calculated by dividing the net pool amongst all winning contestants. The pools are consistently updated and presented to the contestants in real-time. Final payout odds can fluctuate until the contest is closed at the beginning of the first sporting event.
WIN/PLACE/SHOW and pari-mutuel sports wagers pay out 90% of all contest entry fees. The commission, or take-out, rate is 10%.
The EXACTA and DALY DOUBLE commission rate is 11%.
The TRIFECTA and PICK-3 commission rate is 12%.
The SUPERFECTA and PICK 4-7 commission rate is 15%.
NEXT GEN DAILY FANTASY SPORTS
In an August, 2016 issue of Electronic Gaming Review-North America, author Martyn Hannah wrote: "The reality is that DFS players on FanDuel and DraftKings are overwhelmingly male and over-whelmingly white," says Stephen Murphy, CEO of BoomFantasy. "These businesses have done a great job of monetizing the hell out of these customers, but they haven’t succeeded yet in offering a product that satisfies the very diverse landscape that is American sports fans. I think USFantasy’s launch is yet another sign that fantasy sports is still in its earliest days and that the industry can continue to reinvent itself."
Indeed, FanDuel and DraftKings may have brought fantasy sports into the mainstream, but by taking a more considered approach to product, legality, and regulation, operators such as USFantasy may be what takes the sector into its next chapter, one of long-term stability and sustainability.
OUR POINT OF DIFFERENCE
We believe the regulated efficiency inherent with pari-mutuel systems is a far more equitable platform for Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) contestants than the platforms used by the major fantasy sports providers such as Fan Duel and Draft Kings for the following reasons:
Easier Selection Process: USF greatly reduces field sizes allowing for more accurate and skillful athlete selections. Other DFS operators offer typical team selections of no less than twice the total athletes in each category, as compared to USF, which limits its contest fields to 12-14 for pro football. Many DFS operators sometimes include athletes for selection that are injured, or have been removed from active rosters.
Simplicity Through Proven Technology: The selection process through USF requires a minimum of one single selection from a manageable field of less than 15 athletes. Compare the USFantasy Sports (USF) simplicity with the typical DFS lineup requiring 6 to 8 minimum selections from the entire rosters of 32 football teams. In some positions, e.g., running back or receiver, there can be as many as 120 athletes. It is estimated there are over 35 trillion possible unique team combinations using traditional DFS rosters! USF has been designed for use on the time-tested, reliable and regulated, pari-mutuel totalizator systems.
More Skillful, Straightforward Scoring: USF contest grading is based on fewer variables than current DFS standards, and will appeal to a much broader audience of contestants. The top DFS platforms were originally created by, and continue to cater to, experienced statisticians and mathematical modelers. Typical fantasy athlete grading requires up to a dozen statistical performance elements using variable additions, subtractions and fractional numbers. The USF model grades on the most obvious positive performance results of the athletes, using widely publicized media statistics. USF statistical summaries are simple additions and subtractions, keeping scoring determinants to a minimum. Contestants have the options to enter into contests of their choice and skill level.
Contestant Determined Athlete Pricing: USF contestants determine the pricing for athletes through the “auction” inherent in the pari-mutuel systems. Current DFS platforms assign "handicaps" on the athletes through the use of salary values, much like odds makers’ determined point spreads in sports betting. The fixed player values (salary) in today’s DFS does not change, regardless of the disproportion of play. USF allows a more skillful, transparent system allowing contestants to determine the values through the open entry fee selection process.
Contest Fairness-Scratches: Major league sporting events, primarily baseball, are commonly postponed due to inclement weather. Any roster selections made from the canceled games will, obviously, not gain points from inactive athletes, virtually assuring losses in the typical DFS contest. While it’s argued that all contestants have the same potential handicap, it clearly disadvantages anyone who has made an inadvertent athlete selection involved in a cancelled event. In addition to weather cancellations, athletes in all sports are regularly and unsuspectingly rendered inactive through in-season trades, coaches’ decisions, injuries and demotions. Unlike current DFS, the USF DFS model allows for scratches and refunds under these circumstances.
"Sharks vs Minnows" Inequities Solved: Existing DFS operators have a known significant quandary in their contest platforms through the use of computer assisted play (scripting) and inside information access. The results of the computer-assisted contestants have proved quite impressive and substantiate the argument of a skilled contest. However, it reveals the underbelly of these contests as advantaged contestants flood the pools with entries, while surreptitiously fleecing casual, less experienced contestants. DFS operators have made efforts to discourage this practice with unreliable results. The pari-mutuel system mitigates unbalanced play through the pooled "auction," automatically leveling disproportionate entry on individual athletes. The transparency provided through visible, constantly updated, pari-mutuel pools and athlete pricing eliminates the “insider trading” concern.
USF was conceived as an entirely new model for skilled fantasy sport contest play with an easy adaption to pari-mutuel regulations.
The USF concept was developed with the goal of improving the daily fantasy sports experience. We enhance daily fantasy content utilizing the established pari-mutuel market system. It introduces pari-mutuel systems to a younger demographic, and provides an additional revenue stream to licensed, regulated pari-mutuel stakeholders.
